Families love to make up missed classes - here's how!

If you know you are going to miss a class, please see the 'Schedule' tab in 'My Account' to mark your absence any time up to midnight the night before your class, so that someone else can make use of your spot. This is how make up spaces become available so this step is vital for our online Make Up Scheduler to work efficiently. If you change your mind and decide to come to your class after all, you can just click 'Undo Absent' under the 'Schedule' tab.

In the event of missing one or more of your classes, unlimited discretionary make-up classes may be taken during your current term once class spaces are available. We always do our best to accommodate families! You can choose to make up in any class slot that shows available on the Scheduler. The make up class must be taken during the current term and be booked using this online scheduler. Make ups must be scheduled separately for each child, except for siblings under 8 months who do not require a booking. Make ups can be booked up to midnight the night before you plan to attend.

You can view available make up spaces by date and schedule whatever works best for you. If your desired make up class does not show up on this site, then it is not available. You will receive an email to confirm your scheduled make up class.

If you cannot attend a scheduled make up class, please cancel on the Scheduler as soon as possible so that another family can use your spot. See 'Schedule' and click the 'Cancel' tab, where your scheduled Make Up class will be listed. Click the blue 'Cancel' button at the end of the listing to cancel your Make Up. You will receive an email to confirm your cancellation.
