Registration, Refund and Credit Policy:
Registration is first-come, first-served on payment of tuition fee. If it is necessary to place you in your second-choice class, you will be notified a.s.a.p. If placement is impossible, payment is fully refunded. Classes require a minimum of six children and no more than twelve, not including infant siblings. In the case of voluntary withdrawal from the classes before term commencement, a full refund is issued. No tuition refunds are given in the event of withdrawal after start of term. Partial credit may be given only in exceptional circumstances if you withdraw after the first class. Requests for partial credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis; however, a change in nap schedule cannot qualify as an exceptional circumstance.
Class Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a class being cancelled by Wriggletto, Mairéad will communicate with families prior to the class to advise of same, and schedule a replacement class during our Reserve Week at the end of the current term. Dates for a Reserve Week, during which the replacement class would be scheduled, are included in start-of-term information and on our calendar. These dates should be added to your own calendar so you are free to attend if necessary. Replacement classes may only be attended during the current term. Families may choose to attend the replacement class or use an alternative available class space. Rebates do not apply in the event of a family not attending a replacement class.
In the event of missing one or more of your classes, up to 2 discretionary make-up classes may be taken during your current term if class spaces are available. (For our shorter terms, the availability of make-ups will depend, as usual, on space availability during whatever number of weeks that classes run). We always do our best to accommodate families! The make-up spaces are available on the alternate day to the one on which you attend classes. The make-up class must be taken during the current term and be booked in advance with your teacher.
