Registration, Refund and Credit Policy:
Registration is first-come, first-served on payment of tuition fee. If it is necessary to place you in your second-choice class, you will be notified ASAP. If placement is impossible, payment is fully refunded. Classes require a minimum of six children and no more than twelve, not including infant siblings. In the case of voluntary withdrawal from the classes before term commencement, a full refund is issued. No tuition refunds are given in the event of withdrawal after start of term. Partial credit may be given only in exceptional circumstances if you withdraw after the first class. Requests for partial credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis; however, a change in nap schedule does not qualify as an exceptional circumstance.
Class Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a class being cancelled by Wriggletto, Mairéad will text families prior to the class to advise of same and schedule a replacement class usually at the end of the current term. Dates for our Reserve Weeks, during which the replacement class would be scheduled, are included in your start-of-term letter. Replacement classes may only be attended during the current term. Families may choose to attend the replacement class or use an available alternative class space. Rebates do not apply in the event of a family not attending a replacement class. In the event of the term being disbanded due to public health complications, a pro-rata refund will be provided (based on amount of classes taught to disbandment date) minus a €10 administration fee.
Make-up Policy:
In the event of missing one or more of your classes, unlimited make-up classes may be taken during the current term, subject to availability. These spaces are available on an alternate day to the one on which you attend classes. The make-up classes must be taken during the current term and be booked in advance on our online Make Up Scheduler.
Health and Safety Policy:
With the return of normality, we no longer follow any masking or physical distancing protocols in class. We share instruments in class and ask for mouthed instruments to be kept separate after our rhythm instrument activities so they can be cleaned. Please feel free to bring your own set of shakers/rhythm instruments if you feel uncomfortable using the class set.
If you or your child is sick, please stay home until you/your child are fully recovered. If you or your child has had a temperature, you must be fever-free for at least 24 hours (without assistance of fever-reducing medication) before returning to class.
If you or your child becomes ill with something contagious after you were in class, please contact us immediately.
Normal day-today runny noses, where the child (or adult!) is not out of sorts or feels unwell, are acceptable in class.
